The liquid is the WHO formula 1 and is made using TSDA 1 ethanol.

Hand sanitiser is advisable for use in situations where you cannot wash your hands, such as when using public transport or when out at events. This hand sanitiser kills germs and eliminates bacteria without the need for water, while also expelling odour. Preventing the spread of infection and disease when washing with soap and water isn’t possible.

This hand sanitiser liquid contains 80% alcohol (World Health Organisation formula), which surpasses the requirement of 60% and is manufactured in the United Kingdom.
