Damages / Incorrect delivery
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will either refund your money or send replacements as quickly as possible. Please contact us on 01438 861777 or email us at email@example.com – (please quote your name and order number).
Change of Mind / Cancellation
The customer will have the right to return goods if they are not happy with their selection. Please notify us of your intention to return the goods within 5 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in a good condition and suitable for resale. The customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods to be returned and return them within 10 days of receiving their original order. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following safe return of the items; delivery costs will not be refunded.
Goods are to be returned to Pesvebi Ltd. Church Farm, Ardeley, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG2 7AH. Please ensure returns are delivered to this address ONLY. We will not be held responsible for goods left with neighboring properties or businesses or left outside our property unattended.
RELEVANT REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ON GOODS DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO OUR PREMISES
